What does the AquaCare warranty cover?
AquaCare covers defects in materials and workmanship on your AquaPad for five years from your purchase date — the control unit, pump, tubing and pad channels. If a covered part fails, we repair or replace it, and website orders need no receipt because we already have the record.

Register your AquaPad so your coverage is on file. Website purchases link automatically; Amazon purchases register with your Amazon order ID and purchase date.

Start a claim with your order number and email — no login needed. Add photos of the issue so triage can move quickly.

Repair, replace or refund
We review the claim, keep you updated at each step, and ship a replacement part or issue a refund when a claim is approved.
Can I register a warranty for an AquaPad I bought on Amazon?
Yes. Choose the Amazon channel when you register and enter your Amazon order ID and purchase date. Amazon-channel registrations are marked for a quick manual check, then covered by the same 5-year AquaCare terms as a website order.
