About

What it is

The AquaPad CozyFlow circulates gently warmed water through the pad, so the heat reaches you without an electric heating element under your body. Backed by the 5-year AquaCare warranty.

The warm-up

A night on the CozyFlow

Start the warm-up when you start winding down. By lights-out, the bed is ready.

  1. 9:45 pm

You set the temperature and go about the night routine

The water is hot inside a minute. The pad warms while you brush your teeth and turn off the lamps.

  2. 10:05 pm

You get into a bed that is already warm

Nothing to wait out. No cold twenty minutes with your feet pulled up.

  3. 3:00 am

    Still even. Still quiet

The same warmth as at ten, edge to edge. Nothing to kick off, nothing has gone cold on one side.

  4. 6:30 am

The room is 62°. The bed is not

Warm enough that getting up is a decision, not an ordeal.

Fit

Size & bed fit

The pad goes under your fitted sheet, so match your mattress rather than sizing up.

Pad sizeMattress (in)Best for
Twin38 × 75A single bed, or one side of a Queen.
Twin XL38 × 80A single bed, or one half of a split king.
Full54 × 75A double bed.
Queen60 × 80Covers the whole bed.
King76 × 80Covers the whole bed.
Cal King72 × 84Longer and narrower than a King.

A split king is two Twin XL mattresses, so it takes two Twin XL pads — one per half.

Two people, two temperatures

One CozyFlow has one control unit and one temperature. It does not run two temperatures across one pad.

One of you runs cold? One pad, on that side
Put a Twin on the cold sleeper's side of a Queen, or a Twin XL on one side of a King. That side warms. The other side has no pad on it at all.
Both of you want your own temperature? Two pads, two controls
Two Twins on a Queen, or two Twin XLs on a King, each with its own control unit. That is two independent systems on one bed — the only way to run two temperatures.

Aqua Pad is a luxury item that is a necessity!

I have used electric heated mattress pads, and they seem fail after a couple months. The last time it broke, I decided to look into other options. I could not be happier with my Aqua pad! The heat feels different than the electric pads, more of a softer heat. You have to try it to see what I mean. At my age of 68, my sleep is very important to me and it was worth the investment to have such a comfortable nights' sleep. I also have some knee pain and find the heat to help with that. The temperature adjusts quickly and easily with the remote. I have had incredible customer service with set up and help with an issue, My only suggestion would be to make the lettering on the remote larger so it is easier to read. I would not hesitate to recommend the Aqua Pad! Worth every penny!

  • Great Product, But...

So far so good through this first winter. The product appears to be well made, works as advertised, and their customer service is stellar. A couple upgrades I would incorporate however in version 2.0: - Preset heat temps. Say 80°, 100°, and 120°. Prompting all the way up or down to your desired degree is not only cumbersome, but time consuming and annoying for your partner listening to the 20 or so "beeps" while trying to sleep. - I heard this was on your horizon, but dual heat control in one pad. If you guys incorporate these two changes, you'll have not only a great product, but an excellent one.

I slept on the bed last night and it was one of the best beds I've ever slept on, but I will say that the app and configuring the machine was the most confusing things ever.

Just slept on it for the first time last night and it surpassed my expectations! The mattress is very comfortable, and best of all stayed cool all night. It was precisely what I was looking for. And the phone app is just too cool. Great product. I wish your company well.

Wanted to let you know that I love what you and your company are working on. Sleep is a huge problem and there are too few people working on it. I have also been dealing with personal sleep issues for over a decade so the area is very interesting to me.

    Great until it wasn't

It was very comfortable to sleep on and stayed in place on the bed relatively well (bunched up a bit, but if you change your sheets regularly it is easy to fix at the same time). If you're used to sleeping with an electric blanket this will be different. The heat is not as "instant" and will be felt much more once you lay on the mattress, not as you crawl under the covers. Even though it is different, it was very nice and comfortable! I could feel the water lines, especially with my hands, but it wasn't really something I felt once laying on them with my body-the lines running through the mattress pad were perfectly comfortable to lay on and did not bother me or my partner.

    Really Great

My joints really hurt when it gets cold and this thing is amazing. It really helps my joints and keeps me warm. I am also saving on heating, which is pretty awesome. It is also more comfortable then I thought it would be. It is made really well and easy to put on the bed. Would highly recommend.

    Rocky Start but Worth It!

Had considerable difficulty getting the device to work at first, and this was my second try after an abortive attempt where Amazon shipped me a "like new" reboxed pad - which I found out from the manufacturer they shouldn't have. Suffice to say the manufacturer was VERY responsive and helpful, immediately offered troubleshooting advice and to replace the entire device. The pad does not seem to take near as much water as listed in the owner manual. There are some glitchy bits with the owner manual and controls which I've discussed with the manufacturer and again, they were very receptive. The remote is wonky and you do, as other reviewers have said, have to point it near the back of the device at close range to get it to work. BUT...having said all that, once the device is set up and circulating well, it warms up relatively quickly (I can get it into the 90's in about 20 minutes) and stays warm all night. The sleep cycle is hard to access, but once you do, it works fine, and is very relaxing. I particularly like the anti-mite mode, not sure if it really kills the bugs but it does heat up very well and leaves the mattress feeling evenly hot. I have noticed occasionally in the 80's degrees the feet don't warm up as well, goose it up into the 90's then back down and that seems to fix it. Overall it's a great idea and I will say it is (surprisingly, sorry Neat) VERY comfortable (I was expecting to feel tubes and bumps, no such!). Much better than my old electric blanket! Oh, and the main unit, SILENT. You never hear the pump, which is a little troubling too because I wasn't sure it was actually working! But it did, and never have an issue with sound.

    Unique item

My mother had an electric mattress pad for her old bed and wanted one for her new smaller bed. I found this alternative. It is great that there are no electric wires for her to sleep on. It is easy to set up if you follow the instructions. It attaches to your mattress with elastic straps at each corner. You can connect the tubes to the pad from the unit. You then add water and turn on. Within ten minutes, the pad is warm. You can adjust the warmth level as needed. It is a gentle warmth instead of the hot from an electric pad. It will automatically turn off as well after a certain number of hours. We love that it comes with a remote (makes it easier to adjust warmth plus turn on/off). This is a wonderful way to stay warm at night in the winter (especially since I do not run the heat at night). I was worried the water would leak or the bed would flood. My fears were unfounded. My mother has been sleeping on this for over a month and she loves it. We have not had any problems. This heated mattress pad is a clever invention.

    Warm and comfortable

I got the "NEAT AquaPad Water Heated Mattress Pad, No Electric Wire, Digital Temp. Control, Smooth & Comfortable Heat, Save Heating Bills, Hydronic Heating Improve Sleep Quality (Twin/Single)" for my daughter's twin sized bed and she really liked it. The fact that a wire wasn't attached to it made it a lot more comfortable. The pad is warm all on it's own, even without that heat mode on. With the heat mode turned on, this pad is super warm. It is very comfortable and soft and she likes sleeping with it. Ten out of ten mattress pad.

    I love it but

After a week using it, the temp button(+) on the main unit was not working, and also the main unit was making noise louder than before. So I decided to disassemble the unit cause I like this product already. I found that the control pad(touch pad) was not assembled correctly- the spring on the touchpad was not where it should be and one of the power lines stuck with the motor so it made noise. I fixed a few things then the pad works well. Hope the seller read this review and pay more attention on the assembly process

    Great mattress heater

The great thing about this heated mattress pad is the evenness of the heating. I have had directly electric heated pads and the problem is that even when new, they don't heat evenly. The part directly under your body heats up too hot, while the rest of the bed stays cold. Then when the thin wires start to break the unevenness gets even worse. This pad heats up quickly (30 seconds), evenly, and also runs totally silently. It is also much less expensive than its' nearest competitor for a water heated mattress pad. The only knock on this that I have is that the controls located on the unit didn't work (I have to use the remote), and I couldn't get any of the fancy timing modes to work, so I just set it to stay at the desired temperature.

    Lack of customer service

After having and using the king size model for two weeks now I submit the following. As far as the product, it looks nice, it heats fast, and it's easy to set up, and it's very quiet, so from those standpoints I would give it 5 stars. Issues are with the remote. Unless you are pointing it directly to the main unit sensor it's useless. The other issue is with the sleep mode settings. I cannot get it to change from the default setting and no display showing C1, C2 or C3. Last issue is being 6' tall I have about a foot of pad that stays cold in the feet area. With those three issues I would give it 4.5 stars, but the lack of customer support is a killer for me *************************************************************NOTE********************************************************* I'm updating this review after the COO responded to my previous review which is still shown above. After he saw my review he personally got in touch with me and had one of his customer reps phone as well. My issue with the sleep modes has been solved, COO said the instructions could have been better stated and that has been rectified on new instructions being printed now. Based on his personal attention and the service rep in responding and resolving my issue I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.

    We just love it!

I usually keep the thermostat quite a bit lower at winter night to avoid the heater noise and the dry air caused by the heater. So, I have been looking for alternative solutions for a while. I tried electric heated mattress pads, but always get a little nervous every time I think of the risk of overheating, and the safety of the prolonged exposure to the electromagnetic waves produced by the electronic wired pad. I know I am probably a little paranoid. But I am happy I found this water heated mattress on Amazon. It is very easy to set up, and take us less than 5 minutes to get it ready. Both my wife and I love this kind of warm coming from the water immediately. Since this pad is heated by circulated water, not the electronic wires, we feel the heat is more natural, and gentle, which make our bed cozier. The 24-hour auto stop/shut off and timer are just the extra perks I feel very useful since we don’t have to worry about whether it has been turned off when we are out. The water heater has a very modern style design, and very quiet when working. You can barely hear nothing at night. The pad itself is well designed, comfortable, and with very good quality. In addition, I believe it will help us reduce our high utility bill too. Both my wife and I are quite pleased with this product.

Nice design and work great , finally a product I can trust

The package come with heating unit (works as pumper and heater)and a pad with four corner straps. I can feel the water tubes when I press the pad, but when I sleep onit, I cannot feel it at all. I threw my electric heating pad away after I tried this for one night. The heating level reaches the setting in around 10 minutes and the heat is evenly spread across the pad. The heat is so gentle where I do not feel like I would get burned or cause dry skin and dry throat. To be honest, I was a little bit suprised because the heating unit have no noise at all, this is really amazing. It works great and I'm very pleased with this product so far. I hope it lasts for years.

    Quality and comfortable. Great find!

We've now Had our Neat pad for a little over a week and can both agree, it gives us the most comfortable sleep we've ever had. Consistent and well distributed heat throughout the whole night. Temperature is definitely true to setting and quick to get to desired temp. Silent besides a few seconds of water cycling that we've only heard twice and a gentle alarm has only alerted us once to put in half a water bottle. Making it more simple then owning a conventional heating blanket always checking to be sure it hasn't turned into a fire hazard. And finally the cost doesn't compromise the quality, surprisingly more advance then some $600 units.

    High quality + functional

This is a real review, unsolicited, just decided to write it because it’s a new company and I was impressed. I paid for the product myself. This thing is awesome. I had been looking to replace my non-water heated mattress pad for two reasons: even on lowest setting it felt like I was sleeping on a frying pan, and my feet constantly touched the wire box which is so stupidly placed right where a tall person’s feet would land. This solves both of those problems. There’s not that many water based options available and was excited to find this new option. I’ve only used it for one night so can’t speak to the longevity, but it feels very high quality and if it always works as good as it did this first night, I’d be happy! The box included a note with the founder’s personal email address on it (thanks Kevin!), which I thought was nice.

Easy to set up & no wiring on the pad!

I was looking for a heating product to warm the bed up while night. I prefer water heating pads like this product, since electric ones’ wiring is always kinda zap me a little, and more likely to be a hazard for a fire. The setup was very easy, giving a comfortable warmness without adjusting temprature often is also a plus. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase so far.

    Good heating pad

Its getting cold during the past few days, and normally I would bust out my old electric pad, but during this year's CES (before the whole COVID) I saw a new type of heating mattress Pad at the show that use water to warm up the bed. I thought at the time it was an interesting idea, because from my experience using electric heating pad is like getting slowly baked in the oven, and I always need to get up in middle of the night and drink a cup of water. So when I saw this product on Amazon I figured to give it a try and it works great. Took me 2 minutes to set it up and the instruction guide was easy to understand. Sure it takes a little longer to heat up compare to electric pad, but you don't feel the constant heat, its a more warm and gentle, I would leave the temp at 90 degree for the night. Overall, I really enjoy the product and will buy another King size pad for my other bed.
