How do I return an AquaPad?
Return an AquaPad in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Start the return from your account or with your order number and email, and we'll send instructions and process the refund once the item is received.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Partial refunds are possible where only part of an order is returned, and your account shows exactly how much was refunded against the order total.
